Hyde Restaurants Group engaged with CEEK for two of their site launches one being Treves & Hyde based in Aldgate East, London and the other Hyde & Son located in Edinburgh city center.

With this brand launch it was CEEK’s task to create a successful website and subsequent exposure across all areas online. A heavy focus was put on Local SEO for this project alongside a highly successful Social Media Marketing campaign establishing the brand for all locally looking for a restaurant. This project consisted of:

CEEK undertook the Social Media Marketing for Hyde Group with an aim of making the venue ‘Instagram location’ the unique interiors and colour schemes of the venue make it the perfect place for both professional and personal photography content; through a heavy focus on Instagram and high quality content creation we allowed this environment to flourish.

Mixing in a combination of our own content with customer generated content from both influencers and regular customers we were able to establish an engaged community feel without sacrificing the brand image across all social media channels.

A new mobile optimised website was established to capture the ever increasing traffic directed from all digital marketing efforts. The main features required for this website was a way to display interiors and food in a way which reflected the quality and expertise of the restaurants kitchen.

Further integration of a booking platform and digital menu has allowed customers to view the ever changing seasonal menu online and directly make a booking in a few easy clicks.

Launching a venue comes with a number of unique problems in regards to SEO and overall digital exposure of the brand. We initially took a heavy local SEO approach establishing the venue in its area to capture all searches of people looking for somewhere to dine. This approach has lead to their Google My Business account being exposed to more than 170,000 people a month on average alone.

The use of blogging was key for this project providing both informative food based blogs which expressed their passion for food and SEO focused blogs aimed at raising traffic to the website and increased bookings. A blog ranking above Trip Advisor for what to do in the area continues to generate website traffic month on month.

The use of Influencer Marketing was used to establish the venue as a ‘cool’ place to get a drink or a full dining experience. An ongoing influencer campaign was established to keep a constant number of influencers visiting capturing content and keeping relevancy.
