The Maine, a renowned brand with locations worldwide, has established itself as an institution for exceptional hospitality service and entertainment. Originating in Dubai, the brand expanded its reach by launching its first London location in 2021.
Situated in Hanover Square Mayfair, The Maine brought its signature New England Brasserie concept to the heart of the city. The establishment boasts a spacious layout divided across three floors, providing guests with a multi-dimensional dining and entertainment experience.
With its distinctive ambiance, top-notch service, and culinary excellence, The Maine in Mayfair has quickly become a destination for those looking for an exceptional evening, offering a taste of New England charm in the heart of London.

THE CHALLENGE
CEEK were brought on board by The Maine to assist with driving bookings and decreasing the cost per customer acquisition which they were currently paying on third party booking platforms.
CEEK were also brought on board to manage their email communication to their existing and new customers.
THE CEEK APPROACH
CEEK created a complex Google Ads strategy, looking to target The Maine’s key service offerings including private dining, live entertainment and outdoor dining during the key summer months.
CEEK also built a comprehensive email marketing strategy, creating a series of automated emails, sent to customers post-visit. CEEK also created the email marketing newsletter, ensuring the design was reflective of the luxury brand.
THE RESULTS
We achieved excellent results for this campaign, including a 52% increase in website traffic for The Maine Mayfair.
