Getting To Know The Brand
In the summer of 2023, The MAINE unveiled its fifth global venture – The MAINE Ibiza, nestled amidst the stunning salt flats of Salinas. This new location boasts a locally inspired menu, unparalleled mixology and a thoughtfully curated entertainment lineup, making it a haven for guests to enjoy al fresco dining from sun-soaked afternoons through to evening sunsets.

THE CHALLENGE
As luxury travel and hospitality specialists, CEEK was enlisted by the team at The MAINE to support and enhance the launch of their Ibiza location, in order to ensure their arrival on the Spanish island was as successful and impactful as possible.
Given the short Ibiza summer season, our team had to work swiftly to drive awareness and bookings from those planning their summer retreats, whilst simultaneously ensuring we are building and cultivating strong databases for years to come.
THE CEEK APPROACH
With the goal of driving awareness and ultimately bookings, CEEK launched a comprehensive paid ads strategy through Google and META platforms. Our strategy pinpointed individuals embarking on journeys to the island, actively seeking new dining experiences.
CEEK also were responsible for the email marketing for the new location. This was accomplished through the creation of targeted newsletter campaigns focusing on the launch of the new Ibiza venue and showcasing the USPs and beautiful Ibiza content.
Simultaneously we worked on building a series of automated emails focusing on creating valued return customers and driving reviews and community growth.
