CNSTRCT was, at first, a brand new site build, making the initial project goals simple – get the website indexed, crawled and ranking on search engines.

After the launch, CEEK were then tasked with formulating a comprehensive SEO strategy to rank for focus keywords to the business and, ultimately, generate local leads in the Miami area.

We also needed to incorporate a small paid media campaign into the project for data testing around high-converting intent keywords, which was used to fuel the SEO strategy moving forwards.

When launching the site, all of the on-page optimisations were complete. We deployed a thorough topical map to ensure the intent of each core service page was optimised to prevent any keyword cannibalisation across the site.

Once we had the tested data from the paid media campaign, we incorporated the results into our SEO strategy.

With the primary goal of increasing enquiries, the CEEK SEO team launched the Google Business Profile (GBP) for CNSTRCT and completed the citation building project to improve EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust) and provide search engines with trusted signals early on.

Once the GBP was optimised, we then launched a content strategy using our bespoke OptiScripts to publish topically-relevant content and add to our semantic relationship with search engines. This, in turn, allowed key revenue-driving pages to rank higher.

Once all of the content was produced and internal linking across the site was optimised, we continued to develop the EEAT of the brand to ensure we were the strongest in the Miami market.

In six months, CNSTRCT was ranking for multiple, high-intent keywords that were a focus to the business.

In that period, we also increased the visibility of CNSTRCT as a brand on search engines with a 400% increase in impressions for brand searches.

We are now ranking page one organically for “Construction Management Consultancy Miami”.

This project is ongoing and we aim to dominate the Miami search market for all core keywords.
