A New Era of Elevated Seafood Dining has arrived in the heart of Mayfair.

CEEK Marketing is proud to partner with newly opened Lilibet’s, an exquisite seafood restaurant founded by globally respected chef Ross Shonhan, formerly of Nobu, Bone Daddies, and Zuma. This collaboration marks a regal new chapter in CEEK’s luxury hospitality portfolio.

About Lilibet’s

Located at No. 17 Bruton Street, the historic Mayfair address where Queen Elizabeth II was born, the Lilibet’s concept offers guests a refined culinary experience that follows an imaginary Grand Tour the princess might have taken through the Mediterranean, infusing timeless British elegance and modern coastal creativity.

Seating over 160 guests, each space is purposefully imagined as a room within a quintessential English home. The restaurant features a silk-tented Lobby inspired by Sibyl Colefax, Gainsborough silk in The Snug, custom metalwork by Simon Day at the Oyster Bar, and the sculptural Fireside Grill by Rhys Allen of Central Saint Martins.

Furthermore, cinematic craftsmanship defines the Cocktail Bar, complete with a Giallo Cienna marble top, etched mirrors by Paul Clifford, and Grant Watt’s birdlife mural, accented by Vaseline Glass vases, Lotus Lampshades, and marquetry panels.
