CEEK Worked closely with The Lookout Sri Lanka from the completion of their build in establishing the brand as the top Luxury Private Villa in Sri Lanka. With Sri Lanka being a popular destination for travelers it was important to be a leader in Social Media Marketing & brand engagement across this sector. This project consisted of:

With the rise in tourism across Sri Lanka and a rapid domestic rise in the use of Social Media in the country we wanted to establish The Lookout’s social media accounts to reflect the beauty of the country and the Villa itself. Through high quality content and a highly engaged social media marketing plan it has now been established as a location which people envy and desire to stay at purely for the aesthetics without taking into account the high level of service.
As a brand new Luxury villa build it was important for their website to reflect this. We had to create a brand new site which reflected the attention to detail and care which was put into the project from the clients side in creating this beautiful villa. Incorporating a luxury style in the website with an informative nature highlighted across breathtaking imagery we managed to achieve this.
Integration of a booking engine for them to take bookings and manage upcoming arrivals was a key aspect of this project.
For this project everything had to be created from the start. The CEEK creative team worked to establish the brand which would express the quality of the Villa itself. This involved the creation of a branding pack and logo design including all in house guest material highlighting the region and villa itself.
It was imperitive that the imagery for this project was high enough quality to reflect The Lookout’s attention to detail. CEEK provided photographers and videographers to do a range of different shoots from external and internal photography of the property, an interactive 360 degree virtual tour, lifestyle shoots and video content.
Due to the luxury nature of the product we believed that we could establish The Lookout as a saught after location for influencers and a one to envy for the average consumer browsing through their Social Media feeds. We have had more than a million views with a large ROI on influencers campaigns to date.
Through a combination of Influencer marketing campaigns and Influencer relationship management from the CEEK influencer team The Lookout has established itself and reputation as one of the top locations on the Island. This has included many enquiries from influencers to use the location for their content and brand shoots.
